Types of certificate and fees

Type of certificate Content of certificate
Transcript of Academic Records The transcript certifies a student’s academic record at Nanzan University.
Certificate of Enrollment This certificate certifies that the student is currently enrolled in CJS.
Certificate of Completion This certificate will be issued to full-time students who earned 28 credits or more during the last two semesters and completed the CJS program.
Certificate of Expected Completion This certificate will be issued to full-time students who are expected to earn 28 credits or more during the last two semesters, before the CJS program ends.
Certificate of Attendance This certificate certifies the period a student studied in the CJS. This certificate can be issued only after the CJS program ends.

*Each certificate costs 200 yen.

In person at the CJS Office counter:

Fill in a certificate request form at the CJS Office counter.
The counter’s location and opening hours are as follows:
Location: CJS Office
Hours: 9:00 am ~ 5:00 pm, Monday ~ Friday

By E-mail

Download the request form (the link to download the form is here), fill in the required details, and send the form to the CJS Office (cjs-office@ic.nanzan-u.ac.jp) by e-mail. After checking the form CJS Office will contact you for further details. After the payment is completed, the Office issues certificates.

Note: Students from IES Abroad are not able to request certificates through the CJS Office. Instead, please make your request through the IES Office.
