An alumna received two academic awards for her researches.

Madoka ASAI (浅井まどか), who graduated from Nanzan University in the department of mechatronics, the faculty of sciences and technology on March 2019, received two academic awards for her research papers and presentations at two international conferences.

The one is Nagoya section conference presentation award from IEEE Nagoya Chapter for her paper entitled "Neural network trajectory tracking of tracked mobile robot" presented at the IEEE Multi-Conference on Systems, Signals and Devices 2019 (SSD19) held at Istanbul Ticaret Universitesi, Istanbul, Turkey, 21st to 24th March 2019. The other is the best student paper award (1st place) for her paper entitled "Neural network path following for differential Drive Vehicle" presented at Advances in Science and Engineering Technology Multi-Conference (ASET19) held at HCT-Dubai Men's Campus, Dubai, UAE, 26th to 28th March 2019. These awards recognize her papers as outstanding researches, which include a significant contribution to the advance of engineering, technology and science.
