*1 The Admission Fee is non-refundable for any reason after payment.

*2 Tuition is non-refundable unless enrollment is officially cancelled prior to the start of the semester.

*3 Unused portion of Housing Fee may be refundable in case of withdrawal or unavoidable reason for moving out.
　＜JIR＞ The rent and the Educational Program Fee for the remainder of the period, excluding the month of moving out, may be refunded.
　＜Foyer Nanzan＞ Initial Fee is non-refundable.
　＜Homestay＞ The arrangement fee is non-refundable once the host family information has been provided.
　The monthly support fee will not be refunded for a month in which the student stays more than one night.
　Housing fee refunds will be based on the refund policy of Nextage Co., Ltd (Homestay in Japan), a homestay arrangement company partnered with Nanzan.
