Commemorative Lecture by Professor Emeritus Nanako Machida to be held on May 21 _ Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the CJS

The Commemorative Lecture by Professor Emeritus Nanako Machida, who retired at the end of March, will be held as follows.

As one of the events to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Center for Japanese Studies, Professor Emeritus Nanako Machida, who has contributed significantly to the development of the CJS will give a talk on the importance of "learning about language" and "studying abroad" while looking back on points of interest through the years.
