Julie Nolan has a wealth of experience as a consultant in Organization Development (OD) and has spent many years training people learning more about OD in events hosted by NTL.
Julie also authored the chapter on the Organization Diagnosis Phase in NTL’s “The NTL Handbook of Organization Development and Change” published in 2006.
[ Topic ] Application of Concepts in Organization Development (OD)
[ Description ] Organization Development has different characteristics from Management Consulting.
In OD, a transformational process is outlined based on the model of an “OD Map”. OD also introduces of various OD models and tools, and case studies of applications of these models in strategic change.
Since this will be a workshop format, we plan to blend in small group discussions.
